Well, at the moment I am in the Dallas airport waiting on a connection to Sacramento. I drove to Fairfax last night to avoid a 5 o'clock departure this morning. Instead I woke up at 7, went to the office for an hour and got a cab to the airport.
I am new to all this traveling stuff, it ain't that fun. Especially when everyone you care about is a long ways away. I get real jealous seeing people with their babies.
Time sorta dissolves too on these trips. I just know I will be back in the Valley around 3 AM Saturday morning. My strategy is to ignore clocks as much as possible, maybe then I can avoid jet lag.
California here I come
