Cali

I am in sunny southern California for a conference and the time difference is killing me. My body is very confused. I will probably get adjusted just in time for a 6 AM check-in for my flight this Saturday. The show must go on!

Here are my beautiful twin nieces savory some nilla wafers in Mimi and Pappy's sand box.

I am staying literally right next door to Disney Land and it is not helping with the fact that I miss Whitney and the kids very much. Tomorrow I wrap up the conference and then head to Hollywood to catch up with Janneke, it will help to be with a friend and I am very excited to get to see her California, MTV life-style.

For now it is 4:44 in the PM and I am ready for bed.

Fun with tools

Spent the weekend, including Friday, playing in the yard with shovels. Broke what had previously been my favorite shovel, ever. Made it out the other side real tired and only getting started.

Harris-Roubaix

Beautiful grey day for the harris-Roubaix this year. Potluck in Chrisscottistan on Saturday had me moving slowly on Sunday. I rode from Bridgewater and did one lap of the excellent course and headed home to potato for the rest of the day.

Saturday was a gorgeous day despite the forecast of rain. I went to the nursery first thing and got some new plants for the yard. Four nice big blueberry plants, real excited about those. Bayden and I spent the rest of the day in the yard while Whit had her last scrimmage of Spring season.

Monday

My sister had a baby just over a week ago. Bryce joined us on Adeline's second birthday. Speeking of, she is talking up a storm and it freaks me out a little bit. Fisher is moving to Harrisonburg tomorrow. Whitney is a dream wife and Bayden is one cool cat.
